Sausage and Vegetable Quiche
My turkey sausage and veggie quiche is so delicious and extremely easy. I doubled this recipe so I could make one for brunch and one for meal prepping for the week. Pleasure prepping at it's finest with this easy breakfast.

I'd eat this all year round. It store perfectly and is a huge hit at brunch.
I'm always finding ways to make breakfast quick with meal prep-able. My easy breakfast burritos don't fall far from the tree either.

Top Tip
Share something here that you think is key to making this recipe well, such as: Don't overcook the burgers! Sear the outside and cook to a minimum internal temperature, but they should still be juicy for best results.

3. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl and pour between the two crusts.

- 25-30 minutes until egg is cooked and crust is golden.

Let cool and enjoy with friends and family.

Store the second pie in fridge for up to a week.
Hint: I bake the sweet potato in the air fryer for 6 minutes while I cook the sausage.
Substitutions
What I love about a quiche is there are plenty of ways to sub. Here are my favorites.
- Vegetarian? Skip the meat and use another veggie like broccoli or sautéed egg plant.
- Gluten Free? - Often there are GF crusts at stores, but you can also go crust free and it'll be just as tasty.
- Meat options- Any other meat will do. If you're getting other sausage or bacon, just cook it before hand. Deli ham would also be delicious.
Variations
Giving the visitor ideas on how they can change this recipe to better suit their dinner guests, or their cultural cuisine, is a great way to increase the chances they make the recipe
- Spicy - The hot sauce in this recipe isn't strong, but if you want it spicier, add some cayenne or chili flakes.
- Cheese-honesty any cheese would be great in this. I went with colby jack because I had it.
- No need for two quiches-just cut the recipe in half.
Equipment
- pie pan or tart pan
